Caroline and I would like to say a huge thanks to you and all of your staff for the hard work and effort that helped to make our day so special. The food served has been a huge talking point for everyone that attended the celebration - especially the raspberry desserts!

Ever since our first meeting to discuss our plans you have been so accommodating. It was great the way that you offered a personalised service that catered for our style and tastes. Thank you so much for the provision of gluten free menu alternatives; it was great not to have to worry about what I was eating! Your advice on the best way to achieve our plans and clarification on quantities of food and drink were a great help.
On the day everything was arranged and organised to perfection, which considering Caroline's attention to detail, is some feat! All the waiting staff were very smart and polite and the method of serving tables altogether gave a real professional edge to proceedings.

Once again thank you so much for your efforts; we will certainly be recommending Anise Catering to all our friends.
